Many of our courses are appropriate for Certified HR Professional (CHRP) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) through The Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (CCHRA) and the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). CCHRA does not pre-approve CPD programs while HRPA does. However, HRPA states that even if an activity is not pre-approved it may still qualify for CPD. Members are encouraged to consider the following question when selecting their CPD activities: “Does the activity further my abilities as an HR practitioner and strategic business partner?” If the answer is yes then log the activity. We have several courses for people with Director Professional Development (DPD) from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). DPDs require 60 units over a 3 year period. Continuing Education for Life Coaches and Mental Health Professionals
Humanist Learning Systems offers a variety of programs that will help you in your work with other people. Our programs are grounded in the Humanist philosophy that underlies the practice of humanistic psychology.
Humanism is such a powerful approach that most life coaches and motivational speakers teach some aspect of the philosophy. The problem is that most of these coaches and teachers are teaching Humanism lite. These courses will give you a better understanding of the full scope of the philosophy and how it is applied to daily living.

These courses are excellent for Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) and Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) seeking re-certification from The Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC). These courses focus on the behavioral conditions that contribute to and exacerbate diversity problems and how to control them using behavioral conditioning techniques..
Note: The IDC does not endorse or approve continuing education providers. However, we do provide documentation of participation to help you claim continuing education credits.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
CPLPs can earn recertification credits by participating in continuing education activities that meet ATD CI Recertification Guidelines. Please review the CPLP Recertification Guidelines in Part 4 of the CPLP Certification Handbook posted at www.td.org/cplp for more information.
Several of our courses provide information on behavioral conditioning techniques as applied to change management and harassment behavior and the retaliation dynamic (which is predicted by the behavioral model). We issue general certificates of completion for several courses. Click here to see list.
Association of Legal Administrators – Certified Legal Manager (CLM)
Humanist Learning Systems offers a variety of programs that will help you in your work as a certified legal manager. Because our courses focus on humanistic management skills, they are appropriate for continuing education in the following competencies: Communication & Organizational Management (CM) and Human Resources (HR).
Certified Legal Managers (CLM) are required to complete 36 hours of continuing education every 3 years to qualify for re-certification. 6 of those hours can be completed through Self Study, meaning the course is online, interactive, you have access to the instructor to ask questions, you must complete a final exam and receive a certificate of completion. We have several certified courses that qualify for self-study credit under the ALA re-certification guideline
