  • Reality Based Decision Making for Effective Strategy DevelopmentStrategies are important. They help us know what we are working on, why we are working on it and most importantly, how. The problem is, not all strategies are effective. In order to give yourself the best chance of success, it is important to take several steps to ensure that your strategy is reality based. This session will help you learn how to answer the three most important questions for any strategy. What is your real problem? What is really causing it and what will really work to solve it?


  • Finding Meaning & Purpose in the WorkplaceThis course will first evaluate the current sense of meaning and purpose among participants using a science-based questionnaire developed by Dr. Gleb Tsipursky. Next, it will provide an overview of the science on meaning and purpose, and how it applies in the workplace. It will then offer specific strategies to cultivate a rich sense of meaning and purpose in their workplace. 
  • Bridging the Generational Divide - Milleninials vs. BoomersIn this session we will discuss the research that has been done on generational differences and consider how we might use the knowledge to help us create more effective communication strategies. At the core of this approach is a humanistic respect for the dignity and worth of each human in your company. 
  • The 7 Sins of Staff Management - a Humanistic ApproachThis is a 30 minute humanistic management video program on 7 common mistakes managers make that lead to employee failure.

  • Principles of Humanistic Management45 minute online course. Covers 7 Principles of Humanistic Management that can help you be a more effective leader.

  • Using Personality Assessments in the Workplace - 1 General HRCI creditPersonality measures can be a useful tool in predicting success in the workplace. However, not all personality measures are supported by data and even validated measures can be used improperly. In this 1-hour course, you will learn how to use personality fairly and effectively in the selection process.

How we prepare for the conversation will make all the difference.   • Why Conflict Resolution Doesn't Always WorkWorkplace bullying and harassment situations often masquerade as conflict. But they aren’t. It turns out that applying a conflict resolution model to a bullying or harassment situation makes the problem worse.  In this 1 hour program we will discuss the differences between a conflict model and a bullying elimination model and how we can use elimination models to resolve both conflicts and harassment situations ethically and effectively. 
  • Sexual Harassment Training that Works - General EditionFederal law prohibits sexual harassment in the workplace. The EEOC encourages all employers to take steps necessary to prevent sexual harassment from occurring. One of the main ways employers try to help is through sexual harassment training programs.   • Ending Harassment and Retaliation in the WorkplaceIn order to end harassment and retaliation in the workplace: employers, managers and employees must learn why these behaviors occur and what has to happen to get them to stop. 

    This 1 hour online course taught by Jennifer Hancock, author of The Bully Vaccine will help you learn the skills you need to protect yourself and others from harassment and retaliation. 
  • Stop Bullying in our Workplace - For LawyersThis 5 hour course will help lawyers understand what effective anti-harassment policy and processes actually look like and more importantly why. The material in this course is based on the behavioral psychology techniques of operant conditioning and it is designed to help you learn what works to stop bullying, harassment and retaliation in the workplace as well as what strategies actually make things worse.  

    It is approved for 5 CLE in Bias Elimination through the FL Bar and 4.5 MCLE through the CA State bar for Bias Elimination.

  • Managing Anger in Yourself and OthersThis is a short video course consisting of 12 video discussions with Dr. Leon Seltzer. Covering what anger is, why we have it, how to calm yourself and how to constructively deal with the anger of others. Total viewing time ~47 minutes.

    Dr. Seltzer holds doctorates in both English and Psychology. With clinical specialties in anger, trauma resolution (EMDR), couples conflict, compulsive/addictive behaviors, and depression, he has also taught some 200 adult education workshops on these subjects. In addition, he has served as consultant to both corporations and publishers.
