Course information:

This is a 1 1/2 hour facilitated e-course. You can study at your own pace but still have access to the instructor to ask questions, interact with your fellow students and more.  All participants will be required to take an online test to receive their certificate of completion. The course includes video lessons and lecture notes. To participate in this course you will need Internet access and the ability to view youtube style videos. The course will work on home computers and tablets such as the iPad.   

About the instructor:

hanklandmanHank Landman was a trainer for many years, working mainly in the pharmaceutical industry for multinational companies serving clients in The Netherlands, Australia and Asia. His career included the following: Medical Representative and Managerial positions in Training, Sales and Marketing.

He was a training consultant with the Australian Institute of Management for six years. His undergraduate qualifications are in Nursing (diploma), Pharmaceuticals (diploma) and Management (certificate). His post graduate qualifications are in Business Studies (MBA) and Adult Education (post graduate certificate).
