When a course is certified, what does that mean?

When we certify a course, it means that we verify that you were on the course for the required amount of time, that you access all required course content and that you learned the material as evidence by passing a final exam.

How do certified courses differ from self study

How do certified courses differ from self study

Certified courses are courses that we verify you completed the full course. With self study – we provide letters of participation that you can use to claim continuing education with your agency, but we do not certify that you were on for the required time or that you accessed all of the required course content.

When will I receive my certificate of completion?

Certified courses The course system automatically tracks your time online, content you access and more.
