This program consists of 12 short video discussions.  It is a self study program. Each of the videos is meant to be viewed in order as this is a conversation and each segment builds upon the last one.
This is a self study program. However Dr. Seltzer does conduct phone consultations if you are interested in having him help you one on one. In order to access the program you do need to be able to view youtube style videos.

Instructor Bio:

leon_seltzer_2Dr. Seltzer holds doctorates in both English and Psychology. With clinical specialties in anger, trauma resolution (EMDR), couples conflict, compulsive/addictive behaviors, and depression, he has also taught some 200 adult education workshops on these subjects. In addition, he has served as consultant to both corporations and publishers.
